Following the success of our showings of Tangled and Gnomeo and Juliet the mobile cinema returns to Pittington Village Hall on Saturday 10th March at 3pm with Happy Feet 2.
Mumble’s son, Erik, is struggling to realize his talents in the Emperor Penguin world. Meanwhile, Mumble and his family and friends discover a new threat their home — one that will take everyone working together to save them.
Price is £2 per person. Refreshments will be available throughout the show.
Pittington Brass Band will be playing in Durham Market Place on 3rd March in support of Marie Curie Cancer Care. For those of you who haven’t seen the band play recently, here is a video of them collaborating with Beat & Blow for Durham Brass Festival 2011, also in the market place.
The band will also be playing at St Giles’ Church, Durham on 17th March.

Bokwa is the new programme made up of cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength and flexibility through dancing. It is an innovative dance fitness programme that is great fun and it does not feel like a workout. Bokwa has been proven to burn a great amount of calories making it easier to meet weight loss goals.
