Following on from the success of Zumba Fitness, Pittington Village Hall is proud to present Bokwa.
Bokwa is the new programme made up of cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength and flexibility through dancing. It is an innovative dance fitness programme that is great fun and it does not feel like a workout. Bokwa has been proven to burn a great amount of calories making it easier to meet weight loss goals.
